I find my fast days much easier now that I only have one meal in the evening. I don't feel I have to plan so much as with only one meal to worry about it's easy to fit in. I'll have chicken breast with veg, or fish. I could have a burger (proper butchers one, not packet) and feel like I'm treating myself but still be nicely in limits. Omelettes leave me loads of extra calories if I wanted to. Today I've only had around 350 and don't feel at all hungry - it's great0

Well not a good weigh in this morning as seem to have gained another pound this week
I think it may be partially down to bread, which I seem to have had for breakfast and lunch on non fast days recently
Must confess that training has not been going very well or at all .
Or perhaps have hit the weight I should beFollowing horizon 5-2 started 28/01/13 target where I am now ish
Maintaining now as DW doesn't want my legs to get any skinnier
Total Loss=41.6lb0 -
I've just popped on the scales to see a very welcome 10stone 4lbs so that's the 1lb I put back on plus another 2
Zmikeo, I cut right down on bread and I have noticed a difference. It's unusual for me because I really love my bread but I've only had 2 slices this week of wholegrain. I certainly feel less bloated anyway so I'd definitely recommend it.
Having said that, I watched Bake Off on tuesday and they were making bread on there and now that's exactly what I want to make! :rotfl:0 -
I lost another 3 lb as well this week :j still got a long weigh to go but it's at least moving in the right direction!0

Well, Ihave weighted myself this morning and I only lost 1lb. Nowhere near as impressive as OH's 4.5lb, but I suppose it is something...
I suppose with 9st 6lb at 168cm height I cannot expect much more? My OH says it is because I haven't got much to loose, but it still feels a bit deflating (I want to fit into my old pants!)0 -

I have put on a pound and lost over an inch of my waist in the same week on this - stay the sames and little losses happen, don't count it as a setback..The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

You're almost at goal and a 1lb loss is a good one, so really, don't worry or feel deflated, you're still losing. You'll fit into those pants before you know it, listen to your OH, he knows what he's saying.:D0 -
Thank you guys, feel better now. I am not that bothered about my weight, I just want to lose the waist (I have an apple shaped figure, any gain goes ONLY to waist) so thanks adouglasmhor:D
I need to measure myself too tomorrow morning then.0 -
