Love the sound of that recipe 1940sgal, will try that one.

today I'm going to try fasting all day with just water or fruit teas.

Going food shopping shortly so that should be fun!

Good luck with that! I hate having to take mum shopping when I'm on a fast day. :o

No change weight wise for me this week which I expected. So going to be extra good this coming week. Need to stay away from biscuits! They are my downfall :o

BUT I've lost half an inch from my hips/waist so not too bad :)

Fasted Sunday instead of today - had a bug so thought I'd just stop eating and turn it into a fast day :o
Weighed today, now 1lb off my target :j
I'm getting into size 8 trousers now and can do them up too! But can't move :rotfl:
I can't decide should I keep going and try for size 8, or go onto maintenance? I can still "pinch an inch" but DD says that's way out of date and I should be happy with what I've achieved. Given that I'm in my fifties she's probably right, I don't want to start looking scrawny.
But I'd like to have the other health benefits that IF can give, especially the improvements in brain function.
I'm lucky that I didn't have much weight to lose and this has worked really well :D

Well done rosyq! You'll get that last 1lb off no problem!

I'm now 12lbs away from my target and bought a pair size 12 trousers from Warehouse at the weekend. A year ago I wouldn't even have looked there for trousers as I wouldn't have fitted into any of their sizes! That's given me a wee boost!

Going to New York in October and planning to be at target by then! Determined!!

Fasting today. Was out for dinner on saturday and lunch yesterday so feeling really bloated and looking forward to feeling a bit lighter tomorrow morning!

That sounds pretty good to me what you have achieved. I am 63 and I have got down to 8 stone 6lbs. However, I am a bit upset because I still can't fit into a size 10 pair of trousers. I can pinch more than an inch so am trying to lose a bit more.

Some gorgeous looking recipes on there!

I'm on a fast day today so I'm going to go and try the Healthy Egg and Chips one. Minus the mushrooms because I can't abide them :o Might swap them for something else, possibly tomatoes.

That looks really tasty! When it says 218 calories, will that be per portion?

I am starting again tomorrow (well late tonight), after my week off - I was going to start today but I have a full hour each of body pump and body combat to get through this evening.

But now I have posted on here I am doing it tomorow - I won't make a liar of myself in front of you all.
