Yes and though the thought maybe there, when cutting some cheese or whatnot for my DW on fast days, its fairly easy to resist the temptation to have a nibble
Following horizon 5-2 started 28/01/13 target where I am now ish
Maintaining now as DW doesn't want my legs to get any skinnier

I'm on a fasting day tomorrow, so going to have a few seafood sticks for lunch (21cals each), with some salad. Problem is the dressing. Don't know what to put on that's not calorific. Anyone any ideas for dressings? I'm always looking for good ideas to liven a salad up.0

I often use light soy source sprinkled over salad - gives it a nice kick, or a low calorie ready made dressing - like sainsburys be good french dressing.
I am still loosing a steady 1lb a week - can hardly beleive it as some days as it seems too easy.0 -

Low fat shop bought or a spoon full of balsamic or just some lemon juice.
Any of those should give plenty of flavour for not too many calories.0 -
Just had my tea - Lettuce, Cucumber, Spring Onion & Cherry Tomatoes all diced up with 1/2oz Feta cheese & a drizzle of balsalmic vinegar - yum! I had a banana about 4pm so that's my lot now until tomorrow

Thanks WOTW and Mands. I've been fasting a while now, but haven't got weighed for ages. I was getting too stressed if I wasn't loosing every week, so I just get weighed every now and then. All I know is, my trousers are getting too big round waist, and I no longer buy large t-shirts.0

I'm on a fast day today, and quite looking forward to it! I'm planning on not eating throughout the day, unless I get really hungry, and then splurging on a veg curry tonight. Thanks to the person who posted the link to the chicken balti recipe - I will be having that one day next week!
I was really pleased, as weighed myself yesterday, and hadn't put anything on, despite having two really bad days where I just seemed to eat and eat.0 -
