I'm fasting tomorrow too. Last time I found it quite OK to go the whole day without anything and have a bigger dinner, although having lunch is also fine.
I won't have breakfast (something that I am quite used to) and see how thing go during the day.
I've eaten so much over the weekend I'm even looking forward to having a break!Trying to keep in budget.

The plan is to last on tea/water until I get home around 7pm. But I'm so busy all day it won't be difficult.
I made some puy lentil/cougette and spinash soup for tomorrow. With lovely Ryvita with pumpkin seeds (but, it wasn't me who empties the shelves... I had them before!)
And will probably have my usual green stir-fry as well!I lost my job as a cricket commentator for saying “I don’t want to bore you with the details”.Milton Jones0 -

My fast is tomorrow, not looking forward to it as I will be tired. I had a lot of sugar today which might make it a lot harder.0

Fast day today (come on everyone, we can do it!) and not feeling too good but going to plough on anyway.
I'm trying not to eat till 2pm as that will be a 16 hour fast from last food eaten. I want to consume all my calories by 6pm so by the time lunch comes tomorrow I will have another 16 hour fast in.
Eating soup today although I have read that protein should be eaten as that will help stave off hunger better. Never mind. We live and learn.0 -
I'm starting to see results at last. However, it has taken switching to three fast days a week and cutting right back to way below 500 cals on fast days to kick start the weight loss.0

Gloomendoom Well done! It's good you have found a system that works for you.
Nothing at all for me since my fruit smoothie at 7am. If anyone is interested this is what goes in it.
20 grams Oats
50 mls juice
Half a Banana
Small Handful of spinach leaves (you can't taste it)
50 grams frozen fruit berries
50 mls yoghurt
150mls Soya milk
Total 246 calories. It's a big glassful and keeps me going for ages. No mid morning hunger pangs:)
On non-fast days I have the same for breakfast because I love it, but I add a teaspoon of honey.Sealed Pot Challenge 7 Member 022 :staradmin:staradmin:staradmin

How many fast days did you do and not see any change doomengloom?
I hope I can see or feel a change, even if the scales don't necessarily change, just to keep enthusiasm up.0
