Stumbled across this thread yesterday and thought what a lovely idea. So I immediately wrote a short email to Clinique telling them how good I felt their customer service was. It gave me warm fuzzy feeling doing something nice, and even better was the lovely email response I had a few hours later for my compliment. I hope that they do as they have said and pass on my comments to the staff in the stores that I mentioned.0

Several store have a staff reward scheme that recognises extra effort, we found this out when DD was awarded £20 in vouchers. :j She was one of the 'runners up' that month and the winner had £100.
Now I enjoy praising good service, somebody might get a surprise in their pay packet!
I have also sent enquiries and letters of praise, but with no actual material gain. My friend had a box of goodies, inc a small stuffed toy cow
, from a dairy company and vouchers from another.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
sorry dumb as I am...*lightbulb*
Is someone able to put a template up here for thankyou/success letters.
Also would you, your most likely to get freebies if you write to them via post rather than e-mail.
thankyouAssalamu alaikum. May Allahs blessings be upon you0 -
When you recommend a staff member at your local supermarket, give in their name & they get a prize or gift from the supermarket. So, if you know someone who works there, you might be able to work something out between you. This may sound a bit fraudulant but both parties shud gain.0
