    Hi Lois

Thanks for the chart, my TBA should be 1.2 but don't bother amending it now, it's not that important, I'll remind you next week. However I've just noticed that so far you've lost a total of 55lbs :j how much more do you have to go? You certainly keep your achievements quiet, either that or I don't use my eyes enough :D

    xxxx

Hi Petrichor - bear with me, this is going to be a long(ish) story, but I'll try to keep it brief! :)

I had my lightbulb moment in 2001 when my weight had reached an all time high and I decided something had to be done. Up to that point I'd spent my whole life trying one diet after another, and basically yoyo dieting - everytime I lost weight I'd put more back on.

I joined SW and managed to lose 6.5 stone in 18 months, and although I was still technically overweight I was satisfied with that and became a target member. I made the mistake of thinking that I could maintain on my own, so I stopped going to class. I was doing ok for over a year, but then a family crisis rocked my life and as always in times of stress I turned to food for comfort, and before long I'd put on 2.5 stone.

When I first joined the Lose Weight thread (I can't even remember what number we were on then - 5, 6 maybe..?), I decided that starting from scratch would be more motivating. Then a couple of weeks ago I decided that theory wasn't working, and I needed to recognise the fact that although I regained 2.5 stone, I'm still 4 stone lighter than I was when I saw the light and it seems to be working, as I've managed to lose weight two weeks in a row for the first time in ages :D

In answer to your question, I'd like to get back to where I was - a total weight loss of 91 pounds.

    Thanks for asking. :)

:o A blonde moment. I've got Paul McKenna's I can make you thin and that has a CD with it but I haven't listened to it yet (only had it a year) I was wanting to know if these are any good or if they work

Hi Bindiboo - well done! That's excellent. :T

I'll add this loss to next week's update, as otherwise I'd have to take SOTW away from Wardy.

Thanks LL - I can see the chart now but I wish I hadn't, back to square one nearly :(

I had a second day with only 5 sins but I'm not eating anyway near enough free food.
