I'm in... and for a very odd reason... I'm happy myself being the shape I am, but keep seeing so many nice clothes in the charity shops that are a size 10 :rotfl:

Really, I've never seen so many of this seasons clothes, and top brand names too.

So that's it, I'm going to be a size 10.

Well, that's one reason, the other is that I'm getting a little older and am thinking I should be a bit fitter than I am. So rather than focus on diet, which isn't too bad, I'm going to focus on exercise. Going for a swim in about 10 mins.

Right my start weight was 11.3 i lost 2ibs in the first 2 weeks so i'm now 11.1 I'm 5ft 7 so i'm well within my range however unlike some people who have slim faces and can get away with it i have i big round potato head w/ big cheeks and so look vv chubby.(apparantly people with round faces look younger for longer so here's hoping!!)
I get weight tonight so i'll fill you in.

    Morning everyone!
Just weighed myself and have lost 2lbs! Thank goodness it's shifting, after last weeks gain I was half dreading weighing myself this morning. I've managed to stick to my points (mostly!) and have drunk what seems to be a gallon of water every day...

I'm debating as to whether to go to Step this morning - the weather's really miserable here and I'm not feeling as good as usual (despite the weightloss). Hope I'm not coming down with something.

Katmad99: I watched that programme last night - thought it was a bit sensationalist...you're right, they didn't go about it the right way - I wouldn't put money on it, but I'm sure the celebs must do it differently? I mean, drinking lemonade for a week  What really worried me was when she was trying on the jeans at the end and the ones she fitted into were the same waist size as those worn by a 6 year old child

Who wants to look like a child?!

Hope everyone is feeling OK this morning, and that the scales are kind this week!

    Take care
    D.

Oh dear dear dear... in need of inspiration.

Weighed in at SW on Thursday and lost a pound... only to celebrate with curry, chips and naan and a bottle and a half of wine. Friday was another bottle of wine, Saturday was a bottle of wine to wash down the huge bag of chips with chili sauce from the best chippy in the world and last night was a bottle and a half of wine.

I can feel my whole 17lbs lost at SW is going back on in three days. Can someone come and cut my leg off please?
