I bought an Excel daypass with no problems this morning. I guess it's the athletics and swimming that are oversubscribed. And Goalball - decided I wasn't *that* curious about it and my ticket sold the same day.

Maybe that is where I was gong wrong, opting for the cheaper tickets each time but times are kinda tight....!

BF says we can go away for the weekend instead and I have to stop wasting my time and energy! Have to admit, I am getting a bit 'Olympic'ed Out now'! Maybe he'll take me to Rio instead :rotfl:

It's a weird thing, I had tickets for football available but was all sanctimonious about not wanting to get a ticket for a sport I won't watch and today I clicked on everything! And a while ago I had athletics tickets available in the gods but my sister and then work messed me around for the dates so I lost them. Funny how when you have something you dont want / value it, but the minute it's unavailable you desperately MUST have it! LOL!! Or is that just me!!

See i figured that the Football would do well up here (Glasgow) which was helped a bit when we drew a Spain match, but after that it's kinda made me want to experience the atmosphere for real.

Mind you, if anyone wants to give me a ticket to Rio I'd happily kill two birds with one stone, I've always wanted to go to a football match in Rio!

I managed to get lower price band tickets last week, so pleased to go to the athletics and support Team GBP

LOADS more tickets released - athletics ones seem to have gone already! I got swimming! Tried for cycling the same afternoon but missed out - might get something nearer the time, you never know.
Phew the mission is finally over, I get to see the Olympic Park. Well, we did pay for it after all...! Still swimming tickets left. Go for AM they seem to be less popular as it's the heats.

I am so proud to be supporting the paralympics! My as-usual procrastination nearly cost me the opportunity to be part of it.

Supposedly cycling but I think I tried every combination of sessions and prices, some only for 1 ticket, and couldn't get any

It's not school holidays - kids would have gone back by then.
