Hi Ladies
Well this am we went to DD1 pre-school concert, which was really cute, although DD1 wanted to be involved in every song (dont know where she gets that from, I'd be hiding at the back!). The littles now have DD1 friend round, had lunch and currently trashing upstairs playroom.
Downstairs all hoovered, swished and swiped and looking good:D
Have put away mountain of ironing
Unpacked what was left in the suitcase from weekend away
Trying to muster the energy to change the beds but weather forecast not looking too good:rolleyes:
Also need to drag hoover upstairs
Flying seems to have turned more into fluttering over the last few weeks and I really need to get my vigor back!
House is back on market (yet again) as our buyers have lost their first time buyers. Tragically on Monday the FTB father was killed in a car accident, he was going to be providing their deposit so that has all had to be cancelled. Its the sort of situation where I am gutted for us but that pales into significance compared with losing a family member and at least we are all together and well. Our buyers still want our house so just gotta hope they get a new buyer soon. I kind of thing this is why i have run out of steam, its a real rollercoaster of emotions - and I am turning into a bit of a witch:eek:
Right off to check weather report for tomorrow and if dry will strip beds. Also off to lug hoover upstairs - sitting here doing nothing just makes me miserable!
Hugs to everyone who needs them.0 -

My daughter is 6 on Thursday, but about 90 in the head when she's got her brain in gear :rotfl:
Well so much for taking it easy*ducks to avoid the slaps around the back of the head* I've sort of finished dusting the livingroom, then I found a mark on the wall that wouldn't come off with a damp cloth, so I got the paint out just to touch up that bit..... The whole room has been touched up in the two different coloured paints (one is "Natural Calico" and the other is "Beige White" - due to the lighting level differences they actually look the same
Which was the whole point of us doing it that way :T ) and I've also touched up the paint in the kitchen which required me getting the stepladders out BUT I was careful and my back is fine.
Now all that is needed is the gloss work in ALL the rooms to be "touched" up (I'd do my old trick of using tippex but I don't think you can get a big enough pot
) Then again...
So I have done NOTHING else. :rotfl: I need to go and pick DD up from school and the virus scan is just about to kick in so I think I'll leave a little earlier and go and have a mooch at what I can't afford in the corner shop  (And see if they have some cheap tippex as a stop gap for now... it's got to look better than brown 40's gloss areas showing through  )
See you all tomorrow, if not before :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
