    I received a charge notice for parking at Almondvale Livingston from Highview, any feedback as to what the outcome was for all the previous posts, did Highview give up on their threats if you just ignore them, moral of the story is not to shop in Livingston from now on....

    After all this time, I've finally received further letters. I think I first posted in November and I never received anything between early December and early March. I've now received two letters from Debt Recovery Plus. Are these the normal letters?

    Yes, check the sequence posted above. We got two from Debt Recovery plus. The next one you'll probably receive is a reduced payment offer.

    Just to update you, my last letter (6th) was on 14/2/13, now 26/4/13 and still waiting for my next letter. Don't know if they've given up. Take my advice and don't even read them, just file them.

    Had I seen this thread before starting a new one earlier today I would have just posted here.

    Last (6th) communication received on November 2012 for a July 2012 Almondvale Retail Park , Livingston parking "offence"...nothing since.

    More on my thread "Highview / Debt Recovery Plus of today's date (not allowed to post link as newbie)
