17 days to go! Brought to you by Ladytron https://youtu.be/s6jaYJx7yeI
Final mortgage payment has been paid! I’m now at £2.45 daily interest. I am paying off my mortgage this month! I can’t quite believe this is about to happen! I also have the redemption statement so I have everything I need in readiness to transfer the money on 20 April. My spreadsheet was about £1.50 out compared to the redemption statement but I can live with that!

Only £42 of interest to go!
So excited for you!
Have you chosen your mortgage free song yet?
I think your last mortgage day should be 'I want to break free...'😆If it's not adding up, compound it!1 -

Wow counting the days now, by this weekend you will be into single days for your MFW countdown!
its super impressive and everyone is really pleased for you!
It takes resolve, determination and a “can do attitude “ that’s why these forums help people see the journey and understand that they too could do it!
im under 13 months to go now, this day seemed so father away in February 2008 when I “borrowed” £195,000 from NatWest and gave the house builder a £30,000 deposit too!
keep posting to keep us updated and yes, get those tunes loud and proud when the 20th April 2021 arrives,5
