39 days to go! Brought to you by Queen https://youtu.be/kE8kGMfXaFU

I’m off work today. I was planning some garden jobs but it’s torrential rain here. Is it too early to sow seeds? 1 April is when I will sow sunflowers. Maybe sweet peas and runner beans too?

@caeler you can sow sweetpeas from January indoors.
    SO enjoying your countdown :)

    Thank you @Chiglepig
It feels surreal. Life after mortgage? It doesn’t seem like something that is going to happen to me but it is! 😂  I think I’ll build the growhouse first then decide on what seeds to sow. I’ve not got much room indoors so hoping growhouse will be enough.

It doesn't matter how big your growhouse, greenhouse, or polytunnel, @caeler, by the end of April you'll be wondering if you can double it :D I speak from experience!

Every year I wonder why I didn’t plant more daffodils! Last year was at least 80 bulbs! @Chiglepig

All this garden chat on MSE lately is making me feel very glad I don't have one - I have enough that I feel guilty about not doing indoors, without adding to my angst by ignoring outdoor jobs too 🤣!
I enjoy it much more now I don’t have a real lawn. I found caring for a lawn a chore but planting bulbs and pottering is quite fun! But only when it’s nice and sunny! 😂
