Cleared 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed

25 days to go! Brought to you by 25 or 6 to 4 Chicago https://youtu.be/iUAYeN3Rp2E
Work has been really busy so I’m pleased it’s Friday. Not sure how I’ll switch off for 2 days but I’ll try!
I got cold feet about making “the” payment next month. Not sure why or where that came from. My savings will be quite low after I make the payment so that’s playing on my mind but I’ve got a plan to replenish.
20 NSDs so far this month which means I might have a few pennies left to put in the mortgage fund. I think I can get to next weekend without fuelling the car and I don’t need to do a big shop for a while.
I’ve prepped many pots ready to sow seeds this weekend! @tallgirl
I'm not sure about how I’ll celebrate as 20 April is a work day so no bouncy castle! @killerpeaty maybe I’ll plan something fun for the weekend!

Oooh don’t be getting cold feet! So many of us would be disappointed lol! And just think even if you ran out of money for a couple of days nobody can take your house because it’s all yours 😋

So close now.
Understandable about that final payment, it's so symbolic.
But as @FtbDreaming says, you're owning your own home, not losing your savings.
Looking forward to hearing the corks popping! 😃If it's not adding up, compound it!3 -
20 days to go! Brought to you by T-Rex and 20th Century Boy. Enjoy! https://youtu.be/dteTeN4SVHk
Ending the month on 24 NSDs.
Seeds are sown. Indoors. Sunflowers, sweet peas, foxgloves and runner beans. I’m planning to plant Zinnias this weekend but I’ll keep Nasturtium for later in the season as I prefer to sow outside straight into the flowerbed.
