"every time i try 2 login i aall ways get erra y cant i login it do,s my head in"
This is probably because there is only an English language version of the site, have you installed the Monosyallibic Windows extensions for IE?0 -
I have contacted my insurance company (Tesco) and they consider a car with Sign writing, stickers, graphics etc is modified and they class the car as a commercial vehicle which they do not offer insurance on. I would have to change my insurance company and my premiums are likely to increase. I have issues with the Agreement also.0

Tigger you note you have issues with the agreement. Please would you detail them. As Jo-Ann is replying on here - it would be very helpful to all if we build a collective database of issues and all get to read her response.

Clause 5.3 - They say that they may at anytime during the term of the agreement designate new displays, the frequency of this must be reasonable.
Clause 5.5 - at Work & at Home the car must be in a conspicuous location on the street. Work I park my car in their car park and at Home on the drive (garaged at night - insurance implications) their intepretation of an enclosed drive could be misconstrued - I would not park my car on the street when I have these facilities are to hand.
Clause 7.2.1 - Damage to the Car on installation, will be pursuant to the warranty of the display manufacturer as provided at the time of installation - Why isn't this included in the Agreement - there are a whole new raft of terms and conditions to possibly consider here and it is unreasonable to expect the Owner to agree at the time.
Clause 7.3 - Removal of display. What if a third party unknowingly removes the Display i.e. when parked conspicously on the street somewhere? Could damage your car and are you insured? Loads of implications here.
Clause 5.6 Insurance - Is as mentioned in my previous posting0 -
I have 'phoned my insurance company (Direct Line), they say that they do not cover commercial vehicles so I must not have this done as my vehicle would become commercial... John :-X0

Remember folks, even if you sign up - you still have an option to choose to 'accept' a campaign for it to be activated, so nothing is lost. Im hoping Jo will come back to us with her comments on insurance. It will be fascinating to see how this develops.

I am a van owner and am insured with Direct Line - it was sign written when I bought it although its blank now - when I told Direct Line that it was for private use but had advertising on it they were fine about it - they said as long as I wasnt using it for deliveries etc and just used it in normal everyday use it was fine. ;DThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. I just wonder if you can refuse to have the ad of a certain company on your car.? For example if the company concerned still does animal testing or you dont agree with that companys business on ethical grounds.0

To 'DorsetDave1'.
This has already been answered, you just don't respond to their offer and they won't put you forward for that specific advertisment.
