Ooops, I posted late last night but was just as site went down for maintenance and didn't realise that it hadn't worked :o

Anyway, afternoon guys :j My workman has just left, and all that is left to do is the flooring on Monday morning and then my guy will come back and do any touching up, etc. It is really looking good :j :j Still no shower until Monday evening though

Molly got the all clear at the vets this morning as her temperature back to normal and only coughing when too excited or pulling on lead, and no phlegm coming up now :j I called into the kennels on my way back and the Rescue lady was there so we had a good natter. I gave her three new rope leads which I got very cheap last year in tosco, and lots of boxes of GoCat which she will as on to her friend at Cat Rescue. They are running a Christmas raffle so I promised them some wine, choccies and a couple of toiletries baskets from my glitched stock ;) and they were thrilled at that :j :j

Hiya guys - had a long lie-in and then just went down to the car boot to have a natter to mr & Mrs Cafe as they were finishing up, and popped to Tosco afterwards. Otherwise, just a lazy day

Hope everyone has had a good weekend. I know Steve & Andy have as they had a steam train trip to London

    Goodnight all - sleep well

Hi 3Dogs, glad to hear everything is coming together.

Life here has taken a bit of a turn, OH crashed the Jag (70 on the duel carridgeway going to work but any landing you walk away from is a good one they say) We went to London for the weekend on Friday (had planned to go in my car anyway) I did a lot of the driving down and through the smoke but he did some so he will be ok behind the wheel later.

Went to visit DD at her flat on Saturday morning and got a phone call - don't come into work on Monday job over (I'm and agency worker but this gig had lasted a year so much better than most) luckily I had seen the writing on the wall so wasn't in the slightest bit shocked.

Went to visit big Bro in the afternoon and he was very frail - he passed away a couple of hours after we got there. I am so glad I was there when he went. He had been fine in the morning very with it and smiley but so so ill. His passing was very peaceful surrounded by loving family which in the end is the most any of us could hope for.

We came home last night as my sister-in-law will have enough people to deal with without having us under her feet as well. Arrangememts will take a while as she wants to get everything organised to his wishes - he was a musician so it is going to be an interesting wake when all his friends get going.

Anyway need to go get OH out of bed - has insurance companies and the like to call today :D
