Not if it's the first week you have gone over Beanie. You get till next week to get it off. Otherwise you have to pay until you go back into your +3. Hope that makes sense

i hope you dont mind me commenting, i have come on to make my own diary to try and get debt free.....but reading your post has just brought home to me there is more to life!!! (yes i do know this but sometimes get bogged down with things and forget how lucky i am)
i hope you are finding some comfort in your memories of your beloved and the times you shared.

Evening - I did manage to get a couple of hours kip and then got up to go to slimming class ............. and I lost 3 pounds so that is 8 1/2 in 2 weeks, giving me my 1/2 stone award tonight :j :j
