Ryanair sent me incorrect boarding pass

    No I flew on my own to Seville and had a return flight. This is the first time I have flown with my friend.

    If it was me, I would put a written complaint in to Ryanair but not lose too much sleep over it. I'd be more annoyed with myself for not spotting it sooner.

    Well seeing as the woman at the 'help' desk could see the date and time I printed the document and read this back to me, why couldn't she open it from her computer to see the boarding pass? This could have been resolved very easily if Ryanair actually cared about customer service, rather than milking as much money as possible from people.

    Possibly because it's generated 'on the fly' and no actually document is stored?

    Sadly, as you have found out, Ryanair and 'customer service' are things that should not really be mentioned in the same sentence. That's why I stopped using them years ago.

    Given that it is not possible to retrieve a boarding pass for a flight in the past, what "mistake" do you believe that the OP might have made? The OP has already explained that the boarding pass has a recent file saved date on a PC that he did not have access to when he took the first flight a long time ago. You don't seem to have read the entire thread; I suggest that you do so.

    OP i can save you a lot of time and heartache by saying you will get ZILCH of Ryanair,whether it is their fault or not they will twist it round so that you are to blame 100%.Dont waste your time with this bunch of cowboys,many others have been there before you,put it down to experience and check out others horror stories here https://www.ihateryanair.org

    Which postings did you have in mind? Maybe I missed it but I don't really see anything from the last week or so that corresponds to the OP's problem.
