No I flew on my own to Seville and had a return flight. This is the first time I have flown with my friend.0 -
The problem is, I just can't see how it's possible to prove what has apparently happened. Put yourself in Ryanair's position, would you believe what you were being told (without solid evidence) ?
If it was me, I would put a written complaint in to Ryanair but not lose too much sleep over it. I'd be more annoyed with myself for not spotting it sooner.
I'm fairly sure they will just reply saying it is the customer's responsibility to check all documentation prior to travelling.
Well seeing as the woman at the 'help' desk could see the date and time I printed the document and read this back to me, why couldn't she open it from her computer to see the boarding pass? This could have been resolved very easily if Ryanair actually cared about customer service, rather than milking as much money as possible from people.0 -

Sadly, as you have found out, Ryanair and 'customer service' are things that should not really be mentioned in the same sentence. That's why I stopped using them years ago.0 -
No, it might be something about the particular boarding pass concerned rather than the OP's personal data. Until Ryanair's developers find the cause of the bug, we won't know; it could be a variety of obscure circumstances.
The cause of the bug? Why is it so inconceivable to you that it was the OP that made a mistake, rather than this random, never to be repeated/ replicated "bug" of Ryanair's?0 -

Which postings did you have in mind? Maybe I missed it but I don't really see anything from the last week or so that corresponds to the OP's problem.0
