Is it recommended to use that spray so frequently?

According to instructions the tea tree spray is ok to use twice a day. As long as they dont groom whilst it dries then its fine.

I do it before we go on walks because he then doesnt have the time to groom as he's too busy playing, sniffing and barking!

The spray is available at PaH, cheaper at VetUK and on Amazon. Its johnsons tea tree skin calm
  • Not a flea in sight this weekend... he's still scratching a lot though.

Fingers crossed I appear to be winning!

I've been using Advantage for my dogs, having switched from Frontline after reading it had stopped being effective.

But one of my dogs has been scratching a lot. Can't see any fleas on her at all and she's very recently been flea treated.

I'm going to switch back now to the frontline - I never had any problems when using that.

Not sure if it was this thread or another I read, but some people were alternating between the frontline & advantage each month.

I dont know if it's OK to do that, but perhaps something to ask your vet next time you need to buy.

So glad it's rained so much this weekend... the outside fleas must be dying off :) :j
