unrequited love?

Mrs Ryan - He he I had to ask Im so nosy, but can definitely see why you are in lust with him, hes pretty fit, but I can also see why he kissed you, your very pretty! Its a shame he has a girlf though, could I be so nosy as to ask if he had the girlf when you kissed? If so, its understandable why it didn't go no further, but if he was single, why did you not pursue him? Ps. I was going to ask if it was the fella in your avi....

Also definately noticed a huge increase in men liking redheads, but in my village, every young woman has red hair so theyve got no choice...:rotfl: Ive always had black hair and found I would get chatted up a lot, but have now gone for the ombre look with light brown to blond with some caramel highlights and no one flirts with me anymore though my OH much prefers it, he says I dont look as mean!:eek:

Thank you pinksk8 That's my favourite pic of him and I... I've had a lot of people comment on it.

No, he was single when the kiss happened. I would have pursued it but the circumstances were difficult, after it happened was closed season and I didnt see him again until September, and when I did both of us were horrendously awkward round each other. We've never spoken of it again although it always hangs there in the air - like we know its there but its just not to be discussed. He started seeing his girlfriend not long after that actually although things have shifted again since then. Last time I saw him I had to break some really bad news to him and he took it very badly so I'm dying to see him again in a couple of weeks just to see how he is with me and tell him things are better. xx

Ha! Yeah, I guess it's a bit of an odd pic - I'm pulling my hair out straight over my shoulder and chest so it shows the colour better. Unfortunately my top looks almost the same colour.

He has a girlfriend and you have a profile pic of you and him saying he is your rugby boyfriend. If I was his girlfriend I would hit the roof about someone claiming online to be his girlfriend. If you change your profile pic you might be in with more of a chance next time he is single. Bunny boiling is not a good look

I can see in a way where you are coming from, I don't think I would be pleased too if I am honest about the picture. What you got to remember though ali, is that some people need to have some fantasy in their lives for whatever reason Mrs Ryan obviously has her reasons and I am sure she knows deep down that the chances of it going anywhere maybe slim but their isn't any harm in fantasising.

I didn't mean it to be harsh and thought I had toned it down from my original reaction on reading it. The internet is a great place to vent frustrations and the main reason is because it is anonymous.

If you are identifying yourself and other people you would be as well putting information in a national newspaper. I am currently single but on past experience would say that a bit of subtlety goes a long way. Coming across as a bunny boiler is not an attractive look.

I wasn't intending to have a dig at you Mrs Ryan in my last post but think you are leaving yourself vulnerable. I then read your later post about kissing him and hoped you are not leaving yourself open to humiliation. Whether that is from his friends, his girlfriend or anyone else who knows him or his girlfriend and takes umbrage to your open posting style.

I hope it does work out for you and he lives up to the dream.
