Pastures New, why don't you reveal that you are on the autistic spectrum so that others here understand your frustrations?

nope, but it provides no nutrition and gves a massive suger rush.
leading to a lull later in the day when they should be learning at school(for example)

Interesting Concept so sugar does not provide any nutrition? Hmm.

I think you needed to put the word 'Suitable' in there somewhere.

Twin1 doesn't react to fruit juice though... I think its the aspartame and colours that do it.

It will tell you on the label.

I've spent a lot of time staying in a lot of hotels and I completely get where you're coming from OP! Although we were quite often lucky, as we were staying in them for work and they'd often ask us to go down early for breakfast so they could get us out of the way before the other guests came down.

I have a son of my own, but I can think of nothing worse than whingy kids at breakfast. I need time to come round in the mornings, and hopefully my son will learn this very very quickly!

ps, I can almost guarantee that I've stayed in a worse hotel than you'll ever see!

I was a quiet child, who was brought up to speak when spoken to.

Yes but no one is born to 'speak when spoken to', you learn it by being constantly told to sit still and be quiet. So you were once just like those kids - as was everyone. :)

You need to stay in a hotel that does buffet, the kids can get up and wander about to choose their food, so they don't have to sit still and wait for it. Recipe for disaster with toddlers and small kids.

    Happy moneysaving all.

Erm no....I meant the food label. Which is why I said "It will tell you on the label".
