Please do, Nicola - I could use some company!
I'm actually starting to feel a bit scared; I think it's because I've 'declared it' in front of so many people!

Still, today I have bought only food, but even in amongst that I probably bought things I didn't 'need' - I bought individual flavoured yogurts for dd even though she will happily eat natural yogurt that I eat with chopped fresh fruit in it, some Birds Eye frozen beef when i could have bought fresh for a fraction of the price (and four times the quality) at the butchers, and chocolate to make Easter eggs, but then I went and messed up by getting some mini easter eggs too :D

Ah well; at least i didn't buy the cooking utensils that dh pointed out to me and I resisted looking through the clothes :T Oh, and I put back the rather cute looking easter candles and ridiculous easter bunny that was holding a basket

    I spent a total of £28 today.

good luck with this Chele :) I too am starting to stop spending outside of my budget. Have just about managed my first week filling in my spending diary and it REALLY shows where my money goes. The only thing I have bought this week that I shouldnt have is a can of juice but I have spent a fortune on my DD for 'stuff' for her hobbies ( dancing ) no wonder I never have any money left :o
