I know we're supposed to be nice to other moneysavers but seriously - sod off - if you've got nothing constructive to say then dont say anything at all, do your research before you slate other people! BB is totally at the top of the game when it comes to current prices and the menus produced are amazing and even allow for "overs" into the following weeks.

This ent Daily Cooks Challenge, you can't just buy stuff like it's out of a store cupboard, you can't buy sausages for 56p, gravy granules for 20p, 1kg lg rice 40p etc. etc.

Oh and if you want to go down the route of text/estate speak then it's ain't not ent......now that's me being petty but you deserve it!

Can't you just tell i'm in a bad mood this morning?

I noticed the other day that tinned toms are 4 for £1 in land of pound which is lowest I've seen for a while

Great menu plan BB. As well as money the OP's other big problem will also presumably be time since a final year medical student works all hours......

What was the point of your post? Were you just trying to look silly and mean? If so you get a gold star.

BB on the other hand has spent a fair amount of time researching those prices and trying to put together a meal plan for a family who is struggling. (And many of us who have read it or will read it over the years)

I really am shocked by some of the posts on this thread. I am glad I have been here long enough to realise that this is an isolated case. :(

I bought sausages at the weekend for under 50p at Lidl. They are very nice as well. They went very well with a 4p tin of mushy peas from MrT . :D
    £36/£240
    £5522

Do Mr T's vary prices by region because i'm sure in my local one Mushy peas are alot more than 4p? x

They just went down two days ago to 4p. I stocked up and got 12 :j

I have also turned 3 in to a lovely ham and pea soup. :)

I just checked on line and they are still 4p if you are near a Mr T today?

:)they were 6p on offer for a few weeks there i think i have 20 tins lol thats Belfast though. i have noticed though that when some people on the threads say a price our price is sometimes dearer or cheaper so i would guess they must vary store or region:)
