Thanks pavlovs dog, I have unfortunately pugged out to the huuuuge extent of:
    3 glasses of wine
    Packet of crisps
    3 rockies
    1 mini chomp
    2 bits of fudge
    Some risotto
    Tiny bit of porridge
    1 pitta bread pizza
1 small slice bread low fat cheese sandwich

I can't believe I have eaten so much!!! But looking at it, it's actually not at all bad considering my usual pig outs, most of its low fat and I actually really fancied fish and chips, we'll have to see how far off target I am tomorrow!!!!

Thats not much actual food tho,try eating more to stop the bad food binges.

Oh I did have cereal and salad too, but I was just listing what was actually my pig out. Have weighed myself as I tend to weigh everyday and I put on .6kg!!!!! Greedy pig that I am. Am going to be good today, my legs are so tired from buggy fit and my bum hurts!! Which I guess is good as I worked the right muscles!

    Hi all,

Haven't been on much the last few days, am full of a cold at the moment so feeling like cack :( Have been trying not to go too off-track with the food (though gave in and had pizza on Wed as I just didn't have the energy to make something proper!) but definately not felt up to any exercise!
Am down 1lb from last Friday which I'm quite happy with considering :) Hoping I can get rid of the cold over the weekend and can get back to the exercise.

Hope everyone else is doing well - missymoo try not to worry about the blow-out too much, could have been worse and today is a new day :)
  • Weighed in this morning and 2 1/2 lb loss so not a bad start. Have been religiously entering my daily calories on MFP, they have given me an allowance of just over 1200 a day Which doesn't seem to go very far but this loss will motivate me to keep going. Got dressed yesterday morning and felt really fat :( so I know I'll feel much happier when I've lost the weight

missymoo-don't worry about one bad day, one day won't matter in the scheme of things. I know in the past If I've had a bad day I've written off the whole week! The secret is to get back on track as quickly as possible.

Podperson hope you're soon feeling better, if I've got a cold it makes me want to eat more

    Hi everyone, happy weekend!
I've started well, lost 2lbs so far. Managed to eat well and not feel hungry this week, which is great as 9pm onwards is my danger time for snacking. Might even go and try my dress on again in the morning to see if it feels any looser.

Keep up the good work everyone x

    Evening all,

I STS this week which is okay. Im down to my last 6 lbs to lose (have already lost 11 lbs since xmas) so it does just get harder :o

I measured myself 2 weeks ago and have lost 2 1/2 inches from all over since then so all this 30 day shredding and swimming im doing is paying off even if its not showing on the scales :p

Missymoo- I agree about not getting to down about 1 days eating as long as you are eating healthy overall the odd bad day wont hurt- i should know i have enough of them :rotfl:

    Hope everyone is well :)

    Evening Ladies.

    Hope everyone is well.
Not had a wonderful week; been really migraine-y and tired so found it hard to exercise. TOTM this week as well.
Eaten under calories everyday but don't feel i've eaten that well.

Weigh in tommrow; and not feeling too postive.

Also wanted to ask whay everyones diet saving foods are?
I live on little pots of Philly Extra Light, frozen berries, Total 0% yoghurt, Crisp Bakes and Special K/Alpen Bars.

    Hi

Frozen grapes are nice, a square of dark choc (I like bournville), 20g of nuts or popcorn, frozen banana 'icecream'- take a ripe banana chop it onto a plate and freeze once frozen blend with a hand blender and amazingly you have ice cream :T (this idea was given on the GC last month) also if im very desperate for something sweet I will have ONE rich tea biscuit- 30-40 cals dependant on brand

    HTH :)
