Hi i wanna, glad to hear your eye is feeling better.
We have had showers here all day, so didnt get out for our walk
But i am going to do the tae bo this evening to make up for it (i'll just keep telling myself that!!).
I am feeling rough this afternoon, my nose is running and i have a stinking headache. Feeling a bit queasy too.0 -
I've not started well today

My day has gone ok I think. I had 50g of porridge oats, grated apple, sweetner and cinnamon for breakfast. Made with water to keep the calories down.
Had a roast dinner this afternoon. I had chicken breast, skin removed. Dry roast pots (4 small pots), carrots, brocolli, cauli, corn and peas, gravy and homemade yorkshire.
Then the ice cream van came round so I had a single cone 99.
4 coffees.
I am using myfitnesspal so I know the cals.0 -
Evening all.
Old socks- that roast sounds delicious!
I have done reasonably well today.
Breakfast- fruit salad and yogurt
Snack-go ahead bar
Lunch- Sweet and sour noodles
Snack- 2 cho biscuits
Dinner- potato wedges with cheese.
It's not what i'd normally eat, but i feel so rough i couldnt be bothered to cook anything decent.0 -
Thought I'd been quite naughty again today as I had nothing prepared to eat, so got a Morrisons' curry out of the freezer. Turns out it was only 179 calories, so I still have 200 to go today. And I'm still full, so won't be using them up. :j
Hope everyone had a good weekend:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0 -
I have been good today - did my 3x10min workouts but didn't manage to go out for a walk. I am keeping a food diary which is already helping me as I really fancied something naughty to eat but went for a 340g pack of mixed fruit from the supermarket instead. Really need to get some scales but for the moment I will be going by measurements instead.
Hope you all had a great day!Spam Reporter Extraordinaire

This thread has grown so big. I've just had a quick read through, looks like everyone is doing ok.
I'm going to try to get stuck into exercise properly now i'm back from hols.
Keep up the good work everyone.0 -
Morning everyone.
Joey- are you doing calorie counting to lose weight then?
Wyre- i think measurements are a great idea. I keep thinking about starting measurements, but thinkit'd depress me too much, LOL!
Flishh- welcome back! Where did you go on your hols? Hope you had a fab time.
Well, i have woken up feeling awful this morning. I have a raging temperature and feel like i have had a heavy night on the booze (i didnt, i had had a cup of tea!), so i'll be taking it easy today.
I did TRY to do the tae bo DVD last night. Did about 10mins and went to bed...see, told you i am rubbish!!
Hope you all have a good day!0
