    Hi all,

Thanks for the welcome :) Am impressed with the willpower going on at the moment.

Haven't started too badly, had pasta with veggies for tea last night. OH had bought muffins in but managed to resist munching on them later and made do with a small slice of toast (am going to try and cut out the snacking altogether but hadn't really had much during the day yesterday).
Today so far have had a cereal bar for brekkie and leftover pasta for lunch. I go to a group on Tuesday nights so think will just have a sandwich before I go and maybe a yoghurt or something small when I get back if I'm still hungry. No exercise last night though - really need to get motivated with that!
Braved the scales this morning - was bad but I did actually think I was 4-5lbs heavier then I was, so will count that as a positive. Have realised is 11 weeks today until my birthday so am going to use that as a first point to aim for - I think if I set smaller goals that it might be easier.
Hope everyone else is doing well today x

    Morning people...well afternoon now.

Everyone seems to be doing really well, keep it up!!

I think alot of my problem comes from not eating 3 meals a day. Not enough exercise obviously, but looking over my diary I only seem to eat 2 meals and top up with coffee and pepsi max. I really need to do something about this. I am just not a morning person - my body clock seems to be set to US time despite the fact that I have never been there!!

I have been good at not snacking at all but yesterday didn't get to do my half hour work out as the kids decided to stay in. Still they are out today and I sent hubby up the town to do some chores (bless on his day off and everything) so I have done them today.

    Good luck everyone!!

    Hi everyone :)

    I am doing OK today.
    B-granola and yogurt
    S- jelly
L-ham toasted sandwich with chilli sauce and pesto

Fed up with it raining, and fed up with feeling ill. Still fancy some chocolate and naughty stuff, but am more determined to see that 12st mark (only 2lbs away) on Friday!

    Hi everyone,

I'm doing quite well today I think and sounds like you all are too. Well done :)

For the myfitnesspal users among us, would anybody be interested in being 'friends' on there? I've found the function but not sure how it works, thought it might be quite good to help morale and support if anybody's interested?

  • Hi am feeling so tired tonight, work was poopy :( and just going to watch some tv with hubby. And ignore the siren calls of the wine, chocolate and cheese from the kitchen.

It's good to see more people joining in! :)

I think you just search for a person by their username and you should be able to send a friend request. I am yorkie18 - feel free to add me :)
