Congratulations, hope you don't think I was being mean but really getting a pup should require a fair bit of homework.

I hope that they were genuine breeders and you have a happy healthy dog.

Oh and we need pics :)

    Hello again KymRob,

I just felt that I had to say that I have seen you post on another thread and absolutely know that you are a 100% genuine.

I wish you well with your westie we had a lovely westie which sadly died 2 years this August, he was adorable and so good natured. He was fine until almost 9 years old and he then developed bronchitis, its a common complaint in westies as are skin complaints etc.

He was insured and very very loved.

It is only now that I have thought of having another dog, it would have felt disloyal before now.

Because we loved our westie so much we have decided to now have a yorkshire terrier,(I wouldn't like to compare you see or have another one with this dreadful bronchitis, I just couldn't go through that again, though I know other dogs can have problems). I too have looked on the website you mention and I have become terrified over this puppy farm business.

I am trying to find a reputable yorkshire terrier breeder and would welcome anyone that knows of one?

But good luck with your new puppy, wesites are adorable, can be stubborn like their own way but give so much love.

But yes get insurance and also checked out at the vets, its the most sensible thing to do.

Oh and a photo would be nice too please. ;);)

    Hugs Budgie xxx

Me neither but have ago please ;)

Westies are fab and so independent, I am sure she will have you all running about tending to her needs. :)

But they do give so much and have so much character, Mr Bb took ours everywhere, we even booked a cottage for our sons graduation so Toby could come too. :)

I think you are like me, like to see the best in people, are trusting and never wish anyone any harm. Not everyone is the same as you say but I think if you go with you're intuition then things in the end will work out just fine.

Don't look for the negatives look at the positive that you have welcomed a lovely new addition to your family. If you keep worrying you will miss out on enjoying her.

Take lots of pics and post some on here, I am a massive westie fan. ;)

    Take Care Budgie xxx
