I'm glad I don't have kids, reading people's posts it seems as if they are eating you all out of house and home!
Mind I'm sure I was the same as a child. Probably haven't changed that much either.

Its sunny here so I am feeling quite motivated at the moment. So I plan to aim to feed us for £150 for August (sorry but my computer won't allow me to do colour or larger letters). I have quite a lot of bits and bobs in the freezer and cupboards so I am going to try to make it half way through August before I do a big shop and use things up before I open new. I hope everyone is OK and getting some of the sunny weather (here it can't make up its mind but at the moment its sunny so I am making the most of it)
Anyway I better get on
Have a good August everyone
Cuddles:)
Good luck everyone

If i bought 3 bananas they wouldn't even make it home.
i don't notice much diffence in the sumemr hol but mine are still quite yound and are only in school til 1 anyway, they tend to have a snack around 3-4 anyway when there at school so now i just have 2 more for lunch which doesn't cost that much, all the demands for ice lollys and ice cream is doing my head in tho and thats from the one who isn't at school lol.DEC GC £463.67/£450

Hi everyone,
Had to take DD and DS2 to work with me today. Did some gardening for a client so they sat on the patio playing their Gameboys whilst I worked. I took them a juice carton plus a snack biscuit.
On the way home I popped to C00P to get some eggs, and got some rtc green beans x 2 packs dated 31st July, plus 2 x 12 meatballs rtc for £1.15. Also treated the children to a small sweet (drum$tick and love hearts) for being good plus a maple pecan danish for me
Total spend was £7.70 which I will add to my total.Cross-stitch WIP: Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 11/25 Currently reading The Cliff House by Amanda Jennings0
