Whee, Monday is over and done with work-wise (at least!) I wasn't looking forward to today so am v glad it's over! I'm reporting in with a spend today of £16.10 on various grocery bits. There's only a couple of items I should need this week so it's not looking too bad at the moment.
Tea tonight is a typical Monday nighter - pasta bake. I'm foregoing the leftover chilli in the fridge in favour of the more typical bacon & chorizo (which I fancy) While I'm feeling hungry I'm going to eat what I enjoy!
I'm off to update my signature now. Have a lovely evening, everyone.

Hi everyone, have spent another £2.75 today on 2 packs of sandwich meat and a bit of reduced pate I fancied the look of. But now I'm going to try to not pop into any shops on the way home until I actually need things again, I will try to tell myself I can't check for any whoopsies and have to let them go because there's no room in the freezer to put anything!0

Well i am certainly noticing that the kids are on their summer holidays- i am struggling to make sure i dont spend any money.
I am going to have to spend more money tomorrow as they have already drank all the orange squash, eaten all the crisps and now the bread is gone too!
I have a feeling that i am going to be over my budget this month (even though its my 1st grocery challenge!), but i will be trying to get as close to budget as possible.0
