Bacon freezes well so if you cannot think of what to make you could do that.
ORmake BLT's.....toasted bread, lettuce, a little mayo, some pepper and a few slices of tomato.....mmmmm hot or cold.

I like bacon chopped into pieces fried gently with a chopped onion and then chopped up cooked potatoes added. Turn the heat up for a short time to brown the potatoes. This is a really good way of using up left over potato as well.0

I like frying up bacon, mushrooms and some leeks, then mixing it up with a bit of wholewheat pasta and some creme fraiche mixed through0

It's also nice if you chop some up (cooked) and mix it with hard boiled egg, and a bit of garlic mayo ... makes a great sandwich filling. Or add crispy bits of bacon to salads as for a crunchy, tasty change.:beer:0
