I used to pay £7 to get mine waxed at my local beautician and resented parting with the money but hated the alternative! They closed down  and it was the only decent one in my town - I spent a little time researching and bought my own waxing set from Argos for just over £40 and have been doing them ever since - I have used it 20+ times and theres still over half the wax left.
Worked out SOOO much cheaper plus easier to do as I can do it whenever I want :T Not sure if it would work for you but thought I'd let you know.0 -

Just wondering what all you OSer's find is the one non OS item/habit you just can't give up.
For me it's kitchen (and toilet) cleaning wipes.I hate having to use a cloth or sponge on my surfaces, I think they trap too many germs.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
Magazines are a bad one for me. And I buy a lot of books but try to look at them in the library and then buy from charity shops or used on ebay or amazon.
I do love my magazines! I got all excited when Land Love and Landscape started up. Beautiful! I also get an Amish magazine from America, Country Living, a gardening magazine, a baking magazine, a cross stitching magazine, a sewing magazine and Mollie Makes. Bit of an addiction really!0
