At least cookbooks are useful for an OS lifestyle. My major downfall is earrings - I just can't walk past a pretty pair, particularly if they're in a sale / on special offer. I can't even claim that they're remotely useful! :o

Yes I have several cookbooks too, although now am using many recipes from this forum, so it should get better!!

My biggest downfall is baking. Today for example, I am batch baking, with the intent of freezing the majority... thing is though, everybody eats it before it is frozen and it sort of defeats the object. So despite being able to feed the family on £20 if absolutely necessary, I can easily spend another £10 on things that I need for baking.

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

Silver earrings are my downfall too CCP - adore them and pick them up all over the place.

Had my tragus - http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://images.auctionworks.com/hi/69/68831/tragus.bmp&imgrefurl=http://forum.lookbook.nu/show/7104-TRAGUS&h=337&w=300&sz=395&tbnid=r91siG2J-tpVBM:&tbnh=119&tbnw=106&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dtragus&usg=__caHhUt8UwLaabSseaQ73NDXE5T4=&ei=wT9pS_XOH6b20wTcouihCA&sa=X&oi=image_result&resnum=4&ct=image&ved=0CBAQ9QEwAw - pierced about 18mths ago, so that's another type of ring I now need to get - got 4 different ones at the moment ;).

My OS downfall though is whoopsies - lots of them - especially if they're freezeable :j.

My name is Alison and I am a cookbook and craftbook addict.

Seriously, it has led to piles of books every where. May not sound much of a problem but believe me it is.

I agree - my mum always used to say she could always make room for more plants or more cookery books! :p
