The CD is fantastic!
You do need to listen to it every day if possible - it does work!
I have the book with one CD, not the whole set too!

For the 790 Plan
Got another idea -
Delighted to find that we can have Quorn sausages!
Have a look at the website www.quorn.co.uk
The lowest carb Quorn sausages are only 3.3g of carb per sausage, the bramley apple are 4.3g of carb, etc.
Apparently we can have SIX of the plain Quorn Sausages, or THREE of the lamb variety.
Just think, sausage and mushrooms, just a pity we can't have the onion aswell!
Had a brainwave - we could use some of a Vegetable Soup pack as a 'gravy'!! That would be delicious!

Had a yoghurt yesterday 100g of plain fat-free yoghurt and added a tiny bit of the CD Summer Berry Water Flavouring - yummy!

Porridge made from a CD pack - for all Plans -
This will also help with your digestive system if you have problems
Mix up a pack (toffee & walnut, banana, vanilla, chocolate all work well) with 300 / 350ml of very hot water (not freshly boiled).
Pour into a bowl then sprinkle about 2/3 teaspoons of psyllium husk powder on top. (Use what works for you once you get the hang of it)
Whisk briskly with a fork until smooth
You can add a sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg to the top
Comes out like semolina, apparently.

CnQ
Why cant you have onion? My CC always told me that onions were one of the "white" veggies that you could have on AAM week??
Really thinking about doing this 790 cal plan.........Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
Hi everyone,
Really enjoyed this thread, it is very inspiring.
I have recently lost just over a stone through changing what I eat but I still have quite a few to go (BMI is 35.5 I think). I have contacted a CDC in my area and am looking to go ahead with the plan. I just have one quick question, if someone would be kind enough to indulge me.
I have been quoted £46-£48 per week, depending on the combination of things I choose. Is this the right price?
I am only asking for peace of mind. I appreciate that I have nothing extra to buy and am not making a comment on the costs of the diet...just checking that this would be the correct price.
Thanks in advance,

No that is not correct!
You should pay around £35 per week for 3 meal replacements per day, that is according to the RRP that Cambridge set. The CDC's are allowed to charge more if they want to but most don't.
Is there not another CDC you could phone?
I will get the current price list and post it for you
