CnQ and Toots
Can I ask if you have anyone you have to cook for? Just wondering if you don't perhaps that's why you don't have temptation in front of you and never cheated - wishful thinking I suppose.
As for Pilates I go to two or three classes a week plus go to an aerobics class but still don't see the weight shift - very annoying and I also go to the gym when I have time.
Well Done to both of you - the weight loss is superb :T :T0 -
Well Toots that scotched my idea that you didn't have to cook and therefore temptation was not in the way
. It's a case of mind over matter isn't it;) .
Good Luck to you and keep going :T .0 -
Lara I have someone else in the house who eats fried bacon and eggs with toast, buys fish & chips, has mince & dumplings, etc!!!
It is a case of mind over matter!
Toots - my ankle has improved with losing weight so far but it will not alter my condition, I have that for life unfortunately.
The Consultant should be ecstatic - he wants to do an arthroscopy on my ankle - not sure I want him to but we shall see!

I haven't agreed to them doing an arthroscopy yet!!
In any event I would be walking about by the next day!!

Ha ha ha!!!
This is true!!
Have been really tired today and feeling hungry, not physical hunger, just wanting to munch on something. It has been a lot colder again today, that's probably affected me!

Forgot to mention -
Ran into someone in Tesco's yesterday - haven't seen her for six months or so - she said "Good God you've shed some stack of weight haven't you?" then wanted to know how I had done it!!!
Was really good, though, was floating along after that!
