Cambridge Diet

I'm already a careful shopper, and feel bad giving the kids value stuff so I can be on a £50 per week diet
Lets all do our best to get through this week, and see how we feel
Look at it another way. If you are able to stick to the diet and lose the weight, they will get a happy, healthy mum at the end of it so its a good investment isn't it? Worth the value stuff you are giving them I reckon. Back to the exercise subject where we are agreeing to differ!! - I reckon walking is a great way to start and won't be overdoing it. Decide how many miles you are going to do, take your water and I can guarantee you will be pleased with yourself at the end of it. It will still tone you up if you are going just fast enough to feel a bit puffed. I walked 3 miles with my little girl today as part of training her up to run the Walk for Life with me in July so she could get a feel for how far it will be. She was really pleased with herself and so was I. Give it a go.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

I've got to exercise Goldfinch. I'm doing a 10k next month, only expecting to walk it, but still need to build up. I dont want to not finish. If the weight loss slows as a result, then so be it. At least I'll be fitter and able to get to Maz, Sammy etc on that finish line
You're right about the kids needing a happy, healthy mum and dad. I'll keep a close eye on the grocery budget and see what I can do. I dont buy premium brands, and as I say, I AM careful already, but I'll do my bestIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I pay £1.68 for shake/soup sachets. Tetra cartons and bars are £1.93 each. So if I have two shakes and a bar each day its £37.03 per week. If I have one shake, one chocolate tetracarton and a bar each day is £38.78 per week.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

We're both supposed to have 4 shakes/soups a day, which puts the price up quite a lot. There are other Cds in the area, but much further away. Probably wouldnt be worth changing for a few penceIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hi all I am back :j Sorry had to work untill 5pm and straight there after  All went fine, the first intial ringing the bell and not running the other way was a bit nerve racking so I rang it before I could think of anything :rotfl: My CDC was fab, she liked the fact I had a lot of knowledge of the diet and she was so slim
Spent 1hr 15min with her but her littlest was running between rooms which made it a tad difficult, not that that bothered me. It was great though she measured, took photo and weighed before she got into big detail. Then it was time to chose before I was ready to start the week :j
So day one tommorow :j :j0 -

woooop woooop Pap!!
welcome to the gang officially...
I'm reporting in 4.5lbs off this week, yay me! thank gawd or i was going to be so pee'd off!
Bounce-e/Finchy - it is hard to get over the difficult times, but it's got to be worth it in the long run... i'm naughty a lot of the time but if i am i know it will show in my losses and sometimes that's enough to stop me... sometimes it isn't... stay here, stay focused and take it one day at a time.... one week at a time or however it works for you.....
Spud - i totally hear you about the expense... and being both of you must be crippling... sounds cruel but let OH come off if he's miserable and you stick with it... you're a born CD-er hun, you are so good at it!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
