Thanks babes :kisses3: i sent you a text just in case you missed it :D

One thing she said I thought was interesting....I mentioned we'd started to exercise. She warned that if we do too much, we'll store fat rather than lose it

Sorry, but that sounds like she is talking rubbish!! If you burn more calories than you are eating your body uses your stored fat to convert to the energy you need, therefore - the more you exercise, the more fat you burn. And as Maz says, nice and toned under the flab eh!! You keep running Maz!!!! My little girl and I are running race for life in July, so we are running too. Lets get rid of those wobbly bellies ha ha

    Ive been ch-eating :(

sorry to report but have had a very bad foody week this week. We went to pay the deposit for the curry house where we are having the rehersal dinner and cme away with a curry each! Naargh!

I feel like i cant get back on track now and since we were out a lot later thn planned (i only had my bar with me for my breakki and we only got in now!) i had a sandwich and a bag of crisps and of course it didnt bloody stop there did it and had two daim bars.

Phe. will be glad when this is all over (the wedding -got folks arring today already!) and i can get back on CD properly :)

    *ends confession*

will not be surprised if i gained or didnt loose.

You bad bad fox you!!!! Stop beating yourself up, you are getting married. If I were you I would forget CD so that you can relax but try and choose food that is not too high in calories like stirfry, jacket potato and salad etc and just go easy, try not to eat between meals. Anyway, daim bars aren't as bad as mars bars so it was a good choice eh?!!

    Relax fox.
