    Thanks Caz :D

I dont think we have a secret. We havent cheated once, not a crumb has passed our lips. Not that we're really disiplined, but we can barely afford the £100 per week, so to cheat would be a huge waste of money ;)
you two are such an inspiration its FAB!!! my hubbys been dieting as well, not cambridge and we have been trying to help each other - will ask him if he fancies doing it with me. xxxx

Well done Spud gun!! Not too shabby. :p :j

Guys i resisted temptation today. Not with food but i jumped on the scales at work. I really should have waited for first WI tomorrow, really wish i had. After 5 days of zero cheating, I'VE STAYED EXACTLY THE SAME!!!

Help, this can't be right can it?

bounce, If you feel you want a WI fix, you need to do it separately from your CDC WI as the scales will always be different. Your scales will be different too at different times of the day and will be affected by water, evacuation of your insides and so on. Why not have a separate record just for you at home and wi say twice a week, at the same time, (You will usually weight about 3/4 lbs lighter first thing in the morning than last thing at night - so its a good feel good time)

You do need a bit of extra help on this diet as it is so strict.
