Hi Spud - yes it arrived eventually and still hasn't gone away! This diet must be messing with my body.
Yeah I suppose its good that I went down especially to stuff my face, but i drove straight past and came home. I wish I had just come on here and had a chat with all of you instead of eating. Been reading back through some of the thread and its made me more determined to carry on now.
I notice from your signature that you and Mr Spud are doing very well. :T That is a pretty amazing loss in 2 weeks. If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -
Yep, come here in future instead of heading to the fridge
I think a lot of us are struggling at the moment one way or another.
And thanks !!! I'm so pleased at the results so farIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Spud maybe you could try any of the following, moving up a plan (where you dont need four a day and you can have a health meal in the evening with the kids or the other suggestion i had (and i know a couple who did it) is that you take turns! she did it first (she had less to loose) and he followed after (while eating healthy all the while) because they were with LL and could not afford to both do it
Oohhh that's an option ehh. Is it 2 shakes/soups and a low cal meal?
To be honest, we struggle to fit in 4 a day. We would much rather have the traditional breakkie lunch and dinner that we're used to. It seems daft that SS is height/gender related, yet the other plans arentIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Bounce and Alf! well done on the losses! Hard lines mr Alf...
Spud - £500 a month is a lot but be honest and make a list of your shopping, alcohol and takeaway spends on an average month and i bet you're not far off....
i would limit yourself to commit to this for say a month at a time, and see how you feel about carrying on..... with each month that passes you'll be nearer to slim and won't want to back track.... you owe it to yourself to finish this journey...
Pap - good luck for tonight... I'm back on the mobile so let me know how you get on.
I'm weighing in tonight.... i better get a freaking loss or i will need suicide watch!Well done Maz. Ive managed 2 this week (im guessing you missed it cause i didnt get any congratsand i am pleased since i didnt have a great week.
i did so congratulate you, how could i miss you, you're one of my main chicks!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I know weird hey!
Sole source plus is a 200cal meal and the regulated number of shakes. We are on the 1000 plan right now for the wedding (i think it was 1000) and thats exactly it. we both have two shakes/soups/porridge/bars whatever a day (so thinking breakkie and lunch as CD) then we are having a meal with our guests/fam etc.
Back to SS+ i think when we get back though.
Welsh, come rant here anytime! you were doing so well you know, you can beat this and just keep trying. I only lost two and i had what i considered a bad week but if i compare myself to my normal eating patterns i am actually doing quite wellnot 100% good according to CD but we are all trying arnt. All of us feel the same it seems. Just keep at it. I could cry when i think of how long i have to go and that i am down to only three flavours that i can stomach what happens when i dont like any anymore.
Also on SS+ Welshy i only eat the chicken cant stand tuna or cottage *puke* cheese. I do eat some of the veg, wont you need to learn to eat veg to eat healthy after? If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -
morning, good thing about being on ss+ ? I have woke up (far too early) without a May day hangover lol, thats got to be a good thing right?
Hope everyone is getting on okay? I am getting a bit bored tbh! I have been following the plan since end of dec now, (with a week/weekend) here and there off and all I want ot eat is a nice big jacket pot with ham and cheese (drool)
Having a busy day today, moving house in 3 weeks, so getting some packing done and out the way (hubby RAF and movign a mile lol) but he has said we can get a cleaner in whoohooo (I know not very money saving but hey, life saving to me ROFL).
hope you all have a fab 100% day xxit costs nothing to smile:D0 -
no hangovers here either bubblesIf you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0
