maybe your metabolism needs the meal hun? maybe you're body would starve without it?

3lbs a week is average, 4lbs in a week is brill!

i had a couple of 0.5lbs weeks..... so you're doing great, and you've got your mojo back!!

  • Well, I have weighed in, (I had to go this morning because I didn't have any meals for tomorrow and I wasn't weighing in until 2.45)

And I have lost 7lb in 6days. Just over a lb per day for me. Hopefully next Thursday I will have a good result too. :-)

I haven't read all the thread yet again........Baaaaaaad lisa.

But hugs to everyone. I hope you are all doing fab in your weightloss journey.

I've got to go shopping tonight, never a good thing... must ensure i've had a shake before i go!!

Erin and i are racing on saturday and making a day of it by taking her a picnic lunch.... (and some tetras for me!!) (well and maybe a pre-run jaffa cake!) but i don't want to actually have picnic stuff as don't want to jeapordise sundays weigh in.....

So today i need to go to shops and buy the things erin fancies (all pretty healthy TBH, she's such a good eater) and steer clear of the things i would like for myself... even protein-y non carby things are a no no... or at least i'm going to try anyway...

Plus i'm skint as anything, probably have about £12 in my purse, so won't be going mad!

Had a moment this morning, went to post office (inside local co-op) at 9am... of course the bakery section had just been filled, lovely warm croissants, baguettes etc.... the old me would have picked up a carton of fresh orange juice, and 1 or 2 croissants and enjoyed those ... all the juice and both croissants... !!

    How times have changed!!

Welshy, there must be something in the Air, this week I have stuggled. My mouth has just disconnected from my brain and my hands are listening to the mouth!!!

I had to change my strategy yesterday to try and get back on track. It worked yesterday so fingers crossed today will be another OK day.

I did manage to avoid the pastries at the seminar:jstuck to black coffee and water.

Well done Lisa, do you feel good:T, its a wonderful feeling. Keep up the good work and you should get another good WI next week for a full weeks worth.

I find it takes a while for your body to catch up with the losses though.
I feel pretty good body wise over the last two days, my fat pants now need a belt - I don't have to undo the button to have a wee!!
Which considering I have had a few bad days is pretty good.

Alpha really good to hear you got your mojo back.:T

Maz, what are you doing on Saturday? You are so good, bakery smells are one of the hardest to resist. An inspiration to us all - Thank you!
