    Morning everyone.

Another bad night for me. I ate cheese, a bread roll and crisps and this morning I have the most horrendous stomach cramps I have ever had. I am assuming that its down to the rubbish I ate last night. was ready to pack this whole diet in last night. I just haven't been myself this last week. I have been so miserable.

Anyway, today is another day and I want to stick totally SS until my WI in Monday now. don't know what has happened this week, but I have really struggled.

    Hope everyone is ok.

Thanks Caz. I don't know why, but this week has been one of the hardest I have ever had. I promise to be good today though. I can do the days easy, its when i get in the house that I struggle. I don't ever want to have these stomach pains again though so hopefully i have learnt a lesson.

    Thanks for your support.

    Welsh i have a suggestion :)

Me and MrA are now doing sole source pluss add a meal. the meals are small but they keep me satisfied (and they satisfy his bodies need for mopre protien as he was really struggling) andjust knowing that at the end of the day there is a little meal for me keeps me sane and also on the straight and narrow. :j

I now feel like i can do this!! the losses are doccumented to be pretty much the same and the calory difference is minimal as they are 200cals per meal.

think about it? it may suit you better. He and i kept having take aways cause we just wernt coping and we are not even take away people we are real food people!! :D

Goldy - THANK YOU :T its not too bad for someone that was sturggling but now i am doing add a meal i feel so much better  good luck for your weigh in! our next one is sat week  as she is away.

Thanks Caz good luck with your weigh in tomorrow!!

Duncan... well done! and i think you will find being prepared for that meeting is the best strategy and you will feel so good when you resist :rotfl:
If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:

Welsh, yep i agree with alpha - it just makes you think you are still eating, my councellor has given me some recipes which you can do on the meal a day - i will try and type it up and pm to people if they pm me their address - she says her and her sister made them up and she has had them checked at cambridge and they have ok'd them, she is pushing to get them published in the next edition of the book - they are really nice and its great what you can have - my counsellor won counsellor of the year in 2007 so she really knows her stuff (plus she lost 9 stone in 2005)

Thanks Alpha. I have been thinking about doing SS+ and I would have been more sensible last night, but I went out with the girls and when I got home there was nothing 'healthy' in the house, so i binged on rubbish again.

I am taking my mum to Asda tonight, so I am going to get some nice chicken and lots of lettuce. I can have that when I get in from work then. I am so annoyed that I let myself down. Going to the gym tonight  (I must be feeling guilty lol)

Wow 9 stone is amazing. I think a part of my problem is that my CDC is a man and i can't talk to him like I would a woman.

Anyway, I must stop moaning now. Its getting to the point where I am boring myself lol.
