Princess, I havent felt hungry at all hun. The first 2 or 3 days I was slightly dizzy, had a bit of a headache and dare I say it, was a tad grumpy
Since then I've felt fine, I'm sleeping better than I have in years and have much more energy. I'm drinking about 3 litres of water every day, and havent touched proper food since Thursday lunchtime last week.
The only wobble I had was on Saturday when I smelt fresh bread in Tesco. DH just dragged me away and bought me a mag to take my mind off it.
I cant wait for WI tomorrow. I'm dying to know if it's workingIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Thanks hun. I just think I was ready for a break from food. I'm sure it wont always be this easy
Plus, I cant afford to spend over £50 a week on the shakes etc, only to cheat :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Princess you could prob have four litres but i wouldnt go much above this as you can actually drown yourself by drinking too much water.
Congrats on a great first dayIf you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0
