'fession time...... i made big g and ommlette tonight with 4 eggs... and used the remaining 2 eggs to make myself one.... delish!!

i'm justifying it by sayin i could be on add a meal week!

but i'm annoyed at myself for over-riding my instinct to behave.... :mad:

Just walked big Dunc for an hour, and came home for a lovely Capaccino shake washed down with black coffee and water!!

2 inches off your boobs is amazing Alpha, I am sure it all takes a while to move around. I hadn't really felt any inches, but this week, when I have been very naughty, I am feeling much thinner, had to move my belt along 2 notches. I think your body just takes a while to catch up.

I am really felling hungry tonight, but after my walk, definitely don't want to blow it now.

Might go and have a bath, I will have to get myself a new body brush, my old one was a present and was a really good one, but a bit of pampering might take my mind of eating!
