    just watched the Gastric band programme of the Hospital on C4 catch up....

    I'm glad they showed the 2 girls who lost weight the right way, and the 1 who got the band doing okay too... what an interesting programme, thanks for the tip Alf!

    Wasn't the 19 year old girl really pretty...

    It's quiet on here today..!

    yes it is quiet - i have just ordered some fitflops (totally different topic, well sort of) - they are supposed to give your legs a workout while you walk, few of my friends have them and swear by them.

    Yeah it is really quiet isn't it. Maybe there is something going on we don't know about Maz/Caz lol! Did we offend anyone :confused: lol

    I bought these last year from Boots. They were so comfortable. Not suitable to wear this year though coz I wore mine to death last year - i took them to turkey and dominican and didn't take them off at all. Also wore them to work the whole summer. I am sure you will like them. Lots of colours to choose from too.

    Did the shape of your legs improve from wearing them?

    (Just lurking for a while before i make the Cambridge jump on Monday!)

    I don't get weighed until Monday - not looking forward to it this week as i have been bad, but onwards and upwards as they say ! No point in dwelling on the past!
