Hi caz. No it wasn't the new ones out like you want. It was the ones that i had last year. I prefer the ones that you went for though. Think I will do the same. The bronze are lovely.

Well done Donna - your doing fantastic.

    Hello everyone.

It seems to be my turn for falling off the wagon. Have been 100% so far today (and will be staying that way) but wednesday and thursday i lost control and binged like mad :( Feel so bleugh! I have slipped up before (well when i say slipped i mean deliberately eaten something) but this time was different. I've been really stressed and have therefore binged to make myself feel better!?

I am back on the wagon now so to speak and i'm trying not to let it get me down. On a positive note, I realised that when i'm not in control of certain situations in my life i obviously feel the need to regain control of something by bingeing. Not sure how to overcome this but at least i now realise my problem :)

Sorry for the essay, just needed to offload.

Hi mrs_t. A few of us have had a bad week, so don't go worrying about it. Lets all put it behind us and start again. I ate loads on Tuesday and Wednesday, but to be honest I think i needed it and am ready to go back to 100% from now on.
