Yes they are similar - i think i recall my calfs hurting for the first couple of weeks of wearing them and then i think i just got used to them, but they are really nice.If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -

hi all
hope everyones ok, haven"t been on lately as my modem went down and had to wait for a new one to arrive, anyway i just thought i would post my losses, supposed to start cd on 23rd march but went away in my caravan and put 1lb on so started properly on the 30th march, lost 8lb on my 1st wi3 and 1/4lb on my 2nd wi
, then changed my wi day to thursday so had 10 days instead of week to lose and lost 9 and 1/4lb on my third wi :j total 20 and 1/2lbs so in just over 3 weeks i have lost 1 stone 6 1/2lbs i also lost 10lbs before i went on cd so tatal weight loss since beginning of march is 2 stone 2 1/2lbs yippeeeeee, good luck to all you new starters it can get hard doing this diet but the rewards are great and you no what they say no pain no gain
