Its another gimmicky think that they sell on the shopping channels, I don't know why I mentioned it, I am embarrassed I even fell for it.

Its like a fitness ball, but shaped like a kidney bean so its a bit more stable

Its alright really, its just that I lie in bed in the mornings at the weekend eating my tea and toast and just end up dreaming about being fit, and think Oh Look that looks good!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

i am mesmerized by tv shopping channels.... i would so fall for it.... everytime... well if i had the money!!!

Ab King Pro - looks like what i need, after i've finished sandpapering my legs, and painting the roof with no dripping!, then i'll wander about in a kaftan, listening to Sounds of Motown!

Oh the life i would lead if i were a lady of leisure and means!!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Maybe not the Kaftan though!

I can't remember what its called but I nearly fell for the keep fit dancing salsary, CD's Zumba or zumo or something. They had some lovely tummies on the advert.

I stopped myself in the nick of time.

He knows I've been wanting one for months, well since I agreed to do the Leeds 10k

I just mentioned earlier, whether to treat myself with my little windfall last week, and he asked where I was going to get it from, so he's fine about me getting it.

I just hate hurting anyone's feelings, would be awful to tell him he's too heavy to use it :o

And no, he doesnt read anything on here  :D

Ahhhh!, but then he will be slim and gorgeous too now he can start.

Just out of interest, how far off is he using the treadmill.
If he has a lot to lose and can now do SS, he could lose a stone in the first week!! Men always lose quicker than women at first.

you'll both be slim, and hey hun, you're already gorgeous!!!

    I think it's so sweet!!!

i was teasing Big G yesterday, there was a couple walking in the field behind our house, holding hands while walking their dogs... i said to him "you never hold my hand when we're walking, or even go for romantic walks with the dogs just for the sake of it" So he came over and was kissing me, Erin said to me later, "i saw you n dad snogging earlier i was sooooo embarrased!!"

oh how i laughed!! obviously not something she sees every day!

He's 23 stone 1 hun, and most have a limit of 19 or 21 stone. As you say, he'll be there in no time, wont he ;)
