I use bio-oil too and i put loads on twice a day. How much are you supposed to use?

Gosh you are all getting into your exercise on here. I have started going on the wii fit again and doing the jogging exercises. It nearly killed me the other day. My legs were throbbing.

I am a smoker too, which isn't good - are you all non-smokers on here?

Ha ha - Yeah they say passive smoking is worse than actually smoking.

I don't know if anyone has asked this, but what do you all do for a living? I am a secretary in a solicitors but am employed by the NHS dealing with clinical negligence claims.

interesting point cazzie - how does everyone time their shakes?

I tend to save my first choc tetra of the day until after 11am, then a shake about 3-4pm.... then another about 7pm-ish.... otherwise i'm pacing around all evening looking for something to "eat"

That's why i can see the logic in having 4 a day alpha.... i have 4 on workout days....

If it's a gym or running day i'll have am tetra, 2pm shake, 5pm shake, and soup/shake at night when i get home if i need it......
