Well, I had my first negative comment today (not that I've told many people)

I told the lady at work why I wasnt eating any of the lunches she makes (she seemed a bit offended yesterday) and she said it was daft, and at least if I faint, she'll know why :rolleyes:

Absolutely, comments like that just make me more determined than ever

I told my boss, who was really supportive. She's a big Atkins fan, and started again yesterday so we're going to try and keep each other strong

There was the most mahoosive cake on the staff room table today, and I didnt even want any.

one of my nieces is really big, very tall but big and heavy with it... one of the by products of my CDC journey is that i can hope to inspire her to turn things around for herself, but you can't do it for someone, they have to want it....

i just hope she sees me doing well and decides to make a go of it...
