Does anyone know if that program repeats? Sammy? I couldnt watch it as i was watching horse people... then the hospital (this last episde of the documentary was of obese people and the NHS - can you say gastric band anyone)

Pretty eye opening stuff wish i had seen it before i stuck my nose in the kitchen!!

hey there is one for the books, if someone offered you a gastric band would you take it? - Me a big fat NO. i got myself into this mess and as nice as the idea is i watched them doing the opps last night and it was disgusting. And you cant eat afterwards either. One or two mouthfuls of real food (non liquidised) at a time. NOT HEALTHY

    They should all try cambridge

gastric band... no, not now i've done this and it's working..... not sure i was big enough... now if you're offering tummy tucks, sign me up!!!!

DFW is debt free wanabee, i particular section of the forums on here, where the people are friendly and nonjudgemental... it's got a daily chat section where Spud and I spend all of our time when we're not on the cambridge thread! Some people prefer the Arms, but i've never been... in fact the only parts i go on now are Cambridge, Daily Chat, Cinema codes and the odd diary!!

Feeling chipper today, but i wish i could stop scale hopping as not seeing a loss this week...

Lilac - skipping a weeks weigh in should bring a nice surprise..!! Did your CDC make you buy 2 weeks before she went? That must've been hard on the pocket!

Alpha - today is another day babes....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
