Well done Lisa, you are doing really well - keep up the good work.

Sammy, do you know what side and when?

Alpha I have a rumbling tummy this afternoon, It might be the water, I didn't have any this morning so I have managed to drink about 2 litres in about an hour, its all slooshing about now.

But I have to say I do find the shakes more satisfying than the bars aswell.

    F***, S***, P***,

I am really annoyed with myself, came home from work and my mum had left me some fillet steak to try that she had made.
Could have said no, but didn't, It was absolutely gorgeous.
Did I stop there, no carried on, I'm not even telling you what I ate I am so p****d off with myself.
Then felt like crap, been out with Dunc and going to bed in disgust.

Any suggestions for coping strategies when getting home from work. And no I can't just not go home.

Thanks Sammy, I will have a look at that, maybe it will get me on the straight and narrow again.

God I am so annoyed with myself

sue - minor asss kicking for you.... but i think it's hard to defer the cheats when they are sprung on you.. naughty mum for leaving you steak!!

re coping after getting home at night.... maybe you need to "give yourself permission" to have 2 shakes at home, thereby having 4 a day on the days you feel you need it....

or have you tried mix a mousse? maybe something different in the evening would curb it?

if it's not insensitive to say so....

I had a good evening tonight. Took Erin to her swimming lesson, and went for a gym workout..... it was brill. i really enjoyed it. Then afterwards we went to chippy for Erin and Big G's tea... again i stood in the queue swithering about what would be "okay for me to eat"........ but i didn't order me anything... and i expressly told Erin "do not let mum have anything" so little rotwieller never let me near....

I came home and glugged my shake... and the feellings had passed...

    Phew!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Put it behind you, pretend it didn't happen and start again tomorrow. That's life.
