My CDC says that purple doesn't mean you are dehydrated. He said it was brilliant and that it means you are in ketosis.

I don't know about the sig Alpha. A few months back we had a message to say that the font has to be a certain size - yours looks like its still on there though.

Hello all!!!!

Iv'e just had a shock of my life..... I realised about half hour ago that I don;t have enough meals to last till Friday as I saw my CDC on the thursday, SO really I should have had 8 days of meals and not 7. So guess what. Getting weighed in the morning now, 9.15 Shock horror. I was relying on an extra few hours too lol.....

Duncan, I am going to Bingo with the girls!!!! Yes I know everyone thinks its for older people, but we have a really good laugh and this time last year we won £1,800.00!!!
